Returns & Refunds
At Gajka Cosmetics, each product is carefully created in small batches using botanical ingredients and handcrafted formulations.
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

If approved, we may offer:
- a replacement,
- store credit,
- or a refund where appropriate.
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note:
- Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition.
- We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, tested or opened.
- Natural variations in colour, texture or scent may occur between batches and are not considered faults.
We recommend performing a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
